Purpose Story

Tell stories like a leader.

Overview

Every company exists to turn a profit, but the ones with a greater purpose, that express company values through story, enjoy a type of loyalty that cannot be bought. It’s the difference between Microsoft and Apple, Netflix and Disney. Purpose Stories can help inspire and motivate employees, and help foster a positive and self-sustaining company culture that translates into customer engagement. This template lays out the essential beats of a purpose story.
